Here is the plan

Tomorrow I will be happy. I will get out of bed and go to work and I will pretend that somethings don't exist.

There are a few methods to having good days I've heard of or practiced. One is that when you wake up, say that it will be a good day. Say it out loud. And then say what you will accomplish that day that will be good. Start with small things that you can easily do and then work into larger things.
Of course, I never remember to do this in the mornings or when I wake up, but in theory it works.
Also, I was playing hide the feelings with myself and found that it 'worked' to the degree that I forgot about them, but they never disappeared, just built up. So now I'm trying my old approach to do what I want to make me happy.
