I've noticed that when people workout, they don't look at other people as much as they look at themselves. Secretely, we're all making sexy eyes at the mirror.

Would you really want to have someone stare at you while they're working out?
No, not at all, but I've noticed that people express feeling self-conscious at the gym because they feel like other people are looking at them.
Obviously people do, because I look at other people enough to know that they stare at themselves just like I stare at myself.
